About ÀTÚNDA

Recreating possibility, one piece at a time.

Every day, thousands of kilograms of textile waste are discarded across Nigeria. Most people see waste. We see possibility.

ÀTÚNDA transforms discarded textiles into functional statement art.

We collect unwanted fabrics and give them a second life as furniture, lighting, Home décor, sculptural objects, and interior installations.

Every piece combines thoughtful design, craftsmanship, and environmental responsibility. Our goal isn't simply to recycle waste. It's to change the way people see it.

Our Story

The idea for ÀTÚNDA began with a walk through Yaba Textile Market.

Among the vibrant colours, bustling traders, and endless rolls of fabric was something impossible to ignore. Mountains of discarded textile waste. Piles of offcuts lined walkways. Scraps clogged drainage channels. Fragments of beautiful materials lay abandoned in the streets.

What was meant to be the end of a fabric's journey had become part of a growing environmental problem.

But standing there, we saw something else.
We saw raw material. We saw possibility.

We saw a future hidden inside what others had chosen to leave behind.

ÀTÚNDA was born from that moment. A commitment to transform waste into worth and prove that beauty can emerge from the most unexpected places.
